What are SELEN pieces made of?

Every SELEN piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver with 20 karat gold plating, set with CZ (cubic zirconia) or similar stones unless stated otherwise on the product page. All our jewellery is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

How long will the gold plating last?

With proper care, the plating stays looking beautiful for a long time. To make it last, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals, and store your piece in its pouch when not in use.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep it dry and avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, or exercising. Apply perfume, lotion, and hairspray before putting on your jewellery, not after. Store each piece separately in its pouch to prevent scratches, and gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

Is SELEN jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. All our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver as a base, making them safe for sensitive skin and suitable for everyday wear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within India typically arrive in 5-7 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping options for your location will be shown at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?
